Incorrect oil change service interval displayed after performing "Vehicle handover".

When "Vehicle handover" is performed using a PIWIS Tester test software version that is older than version
16.300.030, the instrument cluster is coded with incorrect values for the oil change service interval.
As a result, the message indicating that the next oil change service is due is displayed too early in the
instrument cluster.
9818 - PIWIS Tester II with PIWIS Tester test software version 16.300.030 (or higher) installed.
Battery Charger/Power Supply - Suitable for AGM Type batteries, recommended current rating of
70A fixed voltage 13.5V to 14.5V.

Procedure:

Perform the diagnostic system procedure "Vehicle handover” using the PIWIS Tester and always with
software version 16.300.030 (or higher) installed  Workshop Manual '0X01IN Diagnostic system:
Performing vehicle handover'.
Information
Using the specified test software version ensures that the instrument cluster is coded with the correct oil
change service interval.
For vehicles on which vehicle handover has already been performed using an earlier test software
version, vehicle handover must be repeated using the software version 16.300.030 (or higher).
When doing this, always select "Yes" in response to the PIWIS Tester query as to whether the vehicle in
question is a new vehicle in order to re-code the instrument cluster with the oil change service interval.
End of action required.
