BACKGROUND
Case v. American Honda Motor Co., Inc., Case No. BC 424169 (Third Clutch Transmission Settlement - $25 Credit
Vouchers).
CLIENT NOTIFICATION
As part of the settlement agreement for the “Third Clutch Transmission Settlement”, AHM Claims Administration emailed
$25 Credit Vouchers on May 19, 2021. In addition, Claims Administration will mail additional Credit Voucher letters to all
75,892 eligible class members
SETTLEMENT BENEFITS
Class members are eligible for one of the two options listed below:
a) Full Amount for out-of-pocket expenses related to full transmission replacement (Parts only) purchased by
Settlement Class Members
b) $25 Credit Voucher to purchase Acura parts or accessories for the Settlement Class Vehicle ONLY (vehicle
included in the voucher)
Does not apply to costs associated with labor or services. Valid for one year.

serves as a one-time credit of $25.00 (twenty five dollars) for purchase of any Acura parts or accessories (it does not apply
to costs associated with labor or services (like oil changes) from any authorized Acura dealership for your [INSERT

Please present this letter to the Service or Parts Manager at any authorized Acura dealership to use this credit. This credit
expires 12-months from the date of this letter and can only be redeemed by you for parts or accessories for the above
referenced vehicle. This credit is not transferable.
