Mack Chassis - Hood Mirror Vibration - Model AN
Internal Content
A product improvement has been made to the Mack Anthem Hood Mirror. The
supplier has reinforced the mirror glass carrier backing to make it more robust
by filling in the tabs as seen below. The component material has changed from
ASA to ABS plastic. This improvement affects Mack Anthem trucks, built from
January 1, 2018 thru May 24, 2021.
Updated Design
NOTE: All mirror glass carrier assemblies are manufactured as heated. If
the truck does not have the heated mirror option, simply ignore the
electrical contacts. See the electrical contacts in the illustration below.
