In the past, our policy has been to publish Product Awareness Bulletins for significant
changes and additions to the product line in an attempt to avoid overwhelming our
customers with information. However, we often left customers unaware of changes to the
product line that may be important to them. The purpose of this bulletin is to publish and
inform the dealer network of all changes (i.e. new sales codes, sales code inactivation,
operations, etc.) that the Product Planning department has made since the beginning of the
year.
This information is located on the “Dealer Portal” for your convenience. Click on the link
titled “Options Released Discontinued” located on the home page. There is an attachment
showing the location.
It can be accessed at any time and is updated periodically.
We sincerely hope that this new tool will assist you to be aware and knowledgeable of
product changes.
