Measure
720s Platform 4.9 for MY18 vehicles and 720s Platform 5.1 for MY19 vehicles have
now been released. They are both available within new MDS 15.0.10027 version.
Ensure MDS devices are always up to date with the latest version of the McLaren
diagnostics software.
As a prerequisite, before updating MY18 vehicles to Platform 4.9 ensure that all
control modules are already up to date with previous Platform 4.8.
Care Point: Platform numbers differ based on the model year (MY) of each vehicle
and will contain different versions of software. Always ensure the correct Platform
software versions are installed according to the model year of every vehicle.
