The PCM So ware Update in context of this campaign is necessary to restore the satellite map view
in the navigation of the a ected vehicles
With publication of this campaign, there is now also a possibility of claiming the work required for
restoring the satellite map view function.
This also applies if the required so ware update has already been performed on a vehicle that is now
assigned to this campaign but the work performed could not be claimed until now.
Overview
Due to a change in the interface for providing the satellite map data for Porsche Communication
Management (PCM), the satellite map view will no longer be available in Navigation on the a ected
vehicles.

The SD memory cards for the PCM so ware update speci ed below were previously auto-shipped to
dealers and are already available. Should these, contrary to expectation, not be available, small numbers
can be reordered as needed. (max. 2 pieces per required variant per Porsche Dealer).
The SD memory cards must remain in the Porsche Dealer as part of the workshop equipment and must
not be handed over to the customer or le in the vehicle.

If the PCM so ware update to restore the satellite map view has already been carried out on a vehicle
before publication of this campaign due to a corresponding customer complaint, but was not invoiced
due to the lack of an invoicing option, this can now be done retroactively by submitting a corresponding
claim for this campaign. All vehicles with the service active have been assigned to this campaign.

vehicle.
