Cascadia glider issues
we are building a 2020 Cascadia glider here and are having all kinds of fault code issues and
well as a low air warning flag in the dash and a low air buzzer going off with the air gauges
showing 120 psi. DL8 show 120 on both primary and secondary systems. we looked at the low
air pressure switches. any thoughts.

Take a look at GO6-54511 drawings. There are 3 of them so depending on how yours is setup.
might be better to look at with a VIN

Brake drag switch. X5 pin 32 on sSAM. Over 80 psi (park brakes released) should read about 1-4
ohms to ground. Located on the inside of the air pass thru manifold. It’s the switch with a blue
sticker onit. Not the grey park switch. You can see my comment in SS 1033416 New Cascadia

Along with these code | have a message on the drivers display saying - Brake air supply
pressure low - with park brake set. Can't get the ESC procedure to calibrate nor the ICU to auto
config to work. I'm wondering if that’s do to the low air warning. This is a P4 glider we're
building now. Does F/L or Detroit need to do something on their main frame to switch/ add the
engine serial number to the glider?

What ecu is missing for the icuc auto config to fail? Sounds like the Sam is offline.
