CPO – 2 years applies to vehicles that were sold as a
Certified Pre-Owned
Goodwill – Goodwill on a non-warrantable repair must be
reviewed and approved by Karma
Powertrain Protection Program – applies to vehicles for which
customers purchased the 2 year PPP plan
Service Parts – 12 months from the date of purchase (parts
only for MY12 vehicles and over-the-counter parts
purchases), or 12 months from the date of installation (parts
and labor for MY17 and newer)
Warranty Claim – New Vehicle Limited Warranty
