We are excited to launch the model, option and accessory updates for the 2016
snowmobile and enclosed trailer season. Standard discount months for this year on
enclosed models are as follows: 5% May, 5% June, 4% July and 3% August (except Vault,
Cargo and TCs). Please be aware that there is a small price increase on some models due
to rising costs, for details see the pricing and program materials on the distributor suite.
These materials can be found in the manuals section under the category of Snowmobile,
Covers, TC’s and Enclosed.
Some changes not pictured on subsequent pages include:
•

The quad floor now meets the deck height on the Prestige and Lowboy ramp
approach.

•

XT Enclosed models no longer come standard with a roof vent, however a 09570 roof
vent accessory can be added.

•

The stainless steel door latch upgrade, 08878, is discontinued on CT and XT enclosed
models.

•

The enclosed oval halogen loading light accessory 09561-1, will now be rectangular in
shape and LED. The updated part number is 17724. This is available in a single light kit
or optional dual light kit.

•

The 09756 side vent option will be screwed in place instead of welded and can be
used as a field install kit. The front side vent will be moved to the first full width
uprights, approximately 4-5” back. The rear vent will be moved forward to the last full
width uprights approximately 4-5” forward.
We’ve been working hard in the off
season to increase our enclosed, TC and
cover capacity. A major layout change
in building 5 and 6 is underway and
scheduled for completion in May of
2015. It is always important to note that
it’s in everyone’s best interest to get
orders in as soon as possible. Our next
step is to update the enclosed quoting
and will be out to you by April 28th.

has a sturdy full panel
hinge. The weldment
will be screwed in place
instead of welded and
can be used as a field
install kit. All fuel doors

from the floor to the
bottom of the fuel door.
However, the door will be
moved accordingly to not
interfere with a combo
wall or the combo wall
will be removed. The key
series will not change.

Elite and XT-QP
New for the 2016 season Elite and XT-QP models will come
standard with all LED lights.

DOS Shield 09576
Tongue lengths on all tandem open snow trailers have been consolidated to 60” in length from the
front cross member to end. With that change in mind, the DOS ramp was updated and tested. The
DOS ramp can still be folded down for unloading without requiring you to turn or angle your trailer.
This is displayed in image a. Image b demonstrates the increased gap between the tongue and
unfolded ramp. Lastly the bumper placement has been moved to slightly lift ramp height and give
better footing.

TRAILER LABELS
In response to several requests, a label with the model’s broad name
will be adhered to the driver’s side rear cross member of every trailer.
This label will help identify trailers at a quick glance. By “broad name”
we mean the label will not differentiate bi-fold, TR, X/T/S models on
watercraft, brake options and the like. The new label is weatherproof
and will remain with the trailer for its life. This will take effect April
20th 2015.
