From November 2020 to February 2021, units produced at Plant 250 have a wire missing that would
cause the 120VAC load shedding to not work properly. This affects model year 2021 31E, 31EV,
31W, 31WV, SL31, SE31, LF31, and WS31 floor plans with the 2 A/C option.
Tools Required:
Screwdriver
Wire Crimper
Wire Strippers
Part(s) Required:
TMC Kit # 0497080
Kit Includes:
6” 10 gauge stranded black wire
Yellow #6 fork terminal
3 way 10 gauge WAGO connector
Instructions:
1. Crimp the yellow #6 fork terminal on one end of the wire and the WAGO connector needs to be
attached on the other end.
2. Turn the main 30A 120VAC breaker off in the electrical load center.
3. Remove the cover from the metal junction box located behind the electrical load center.
4. There will already be two black wires in the metal junction box connected with a 2 way WAGO
connector.
5. Remove the 2 way WAGO connector and put the two black wires into the two open spots in the 3
way WAGO connector on the 6” black wire. Flip down the orange levers.

6. Connect the fork to L1 like is shown in the attached picture.
7. Reinstall cover on metal junction box.
To test if fix worked, plug into shore power.
Hit the “Select” button on the Power Control System display panel until you see “Service” on
the display. Below Service it should show “30A”.
(Note: White wire with black tape in above photo represents the black wire being added during this TSB.)
