We have been informed that there are some Forrest River dealers having issues pairing the DRW4.3C cameras to the
DRW4.3M monitors once the RV units leave the factory at dealer sales lots.
The potential issue stems from individual production installed DRW4.3C cameras being test paired to the same test

DRW4.3M monitor during production final stage test. During this first initial pair up, the testing DRW4.3M monitor's same digital

signature is assigned to all the installed DRW4.3C camera units leaving that plant and not to the monitor that the end user will
have in his RV. The RV units are likely delivered to dealers with a new unpaired DRW4.3M monitor.
When the dealer sells the unit, they are trying to pair the DRW4.3M monitor to a DRW4.3C camera that already has a digital

signature from the original test DRW4.3M monitor assigned to it at the factory.

*It could be necessary to re-Pair the DRW4.3M monitor and DRW4.3C camera before the RV unit is delivered to its final customer,
In order to assign the new DRW4.3M monitor digital signature to the DRW4.3C RV camera, a few steps may be necessary to

override the first DRW4.3M digital monitor signature used at the factory.
Step 1. With the RV unit connected to the tow vehicle and with the driving lights on. Connect the monitor with the driver's
door or window rolled down and try to pair the monitor up. If this does not work, try step #2
Step 2. With the RV unit connected to the main tow vehicle and the driving lights on, use a 2nd vehicle to power up the

monitor at a closer proximity to the rear of the RV camera or use a portable battery source to power up the RV monitor
such as a battery back to get the monitor closer to the RV camera for pairing.
***1f neither one of these steps work, disconnect the tow vehicle 7-way connector from the RV to tow vehicle. Then

completely disconnect the 12V battery ground and positive terminals from the RV for 1 minute. Reconnect the battery
and try step number 1 or 2 again.
Once the camera and monitor are paired up, they will function as normal as the camera will be looking for the same digital
signature for the most recently paired monitor every time.
