Order Procedures:

All orders are to be placed through the Hino Dealer Connect System (DCS). For special orders or for customer support contact Vendor directly via phone number.

Stock Orders

Enter orders in DCS Screen DC202 under Sales Type “S”. All direct ship items will be shipped from a local Vendor PDC.

Emergency Orders
Minimum Order Quantity

Emergency orders may be entered into DCS screen DC202 as a Sales Type “E” or "V". All emergency orders will be processed with a “rush” order. Freight and Handling
fees will be identified on the Hino invoice.
There is no minimum order quantity requirement however MOQ to avoid a $15 handling fee is $75. To obtain free freight MOQ is $185. (Exa. Order for $100 dealer would
pay freight, but no handling fee). Product must be ordered in standard carton quantity increments. Truck-Lite reserves the right to amend orders to comply with our
standard carton quantity policy.

Freight Policy:

All C.O.D. orders and any customer requested air freight shipments are shipped freight collect. Backorders will be prepaid if the original order qualified for prepaid freight.
Truck-Lite reserves the right to ship the best way by common carrier.

Free Freight Policy:

Orders over $185.00 net invoice price are freight prepaid when shipped within the continental United States (with the exception of C.O.D. orders and any customer
requested air freight shipments). Stock orders over $400.00 net invoice price when shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are shipped freight prepaid. Backorders will
be prepaid if the original order qualified for prepaid freight. Truck-Lite reserves the right to ship the best way by common carrier.

Order Fulfillment Policy:

The standard lead time for a regular stocked catalog items is 3-5 business days from date of order placement. Extended lead times may occur on non-stocked, non-catalog
items contact supplier if you need further details on a specific part.

Part Number Pricing:

Pricing will be available on-line in the Hino DCS system. In addition, the prices will be forwarded to your service bureaus within two weeks of each pricing update. Prices,
materials, and specifications are subject to change without notice. Orders will be processed at the net price in effect at the time of receipt of order.

Format:

Standard Part numbers are directly carried over; no prefix or suffix.

Mega Fleet:

All-Makes parts are not included in the Hino Mega Fleet pricing file but should be sold to Mega Fleet customers and filed as Miscellaneous Items in Corcentric when
submitting for reimbursement.

Warranty:

Please always view Suppliers warranty documents as warranty varies based on items/products/vehicle applications, etc... Contact vendor directly. Truck-Lite extends a
limited warranty to the purchasers that the warranted products are free from defects in workmanship and materials only at the time of shipping. Truck-Lite, at its discretion,
will issue credit or replace any warranted product to the purchaser if the product fails because of defects due to workmanship and/or materials as determined at Truck-Lite.
This offer does not constitute, in any way, a product guarantee, and Truck-Lite does not hereby assume any obligations of any kind whatsoever beyond sending a free
replacement of the product when covered by the limited warranty. There are no warranties, expressed or implied (including any warranty of merchantability or fitness),
which extend beyond this limited warranty. The losses of use of the product, loss of time, inconvenience, commercial loss or consequential damages are not covered.
Truck-Lite reserves the right to change the design of the product without assuming any obligation to modify any product previously manufactured.

Returns:

Contact vendor directly to obtain a Return Goods Authorization code by phone number or email address listed above. All returned items MUST have prior approval and the
Return Goods Authorization (RGA) marked on the outside of the box. RGAs have an expiration date of sixty (60) days; after sixty (60) days the return will become null and
void. All returns are subject to a 25% or greater restocking fee. Written authorization from Truck-Lite is required prior to returning any merchandise. All returns must arrive
with the Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number clearly written on the side of each carton. All returns must arrive at the factory, transportation prepaid. Failure to do so
will result in refusal of goods by Truck-Lite. Refused, unauthorized or goods that are in unsalable condition will not be returned to the sender. Credit is not available for
product where the product date codes are more than three years prior to the current date. Product with date codes more than three years prior to the current date is not
returnable. Special order items and non-catalog items are non-returnable. Return requests for discontinued or obsolete items must be submitted for approval within six (6)
months of Truck-Lite’s notification of obsolescence. Notification of defective merchandise must be submitted to Truck-Lite in writing within thirty (30) days after delivery to
the customer. Merchandise returned as defective due to material and workmanship are subject to factory inspection and will be replaced or credited at Truck-Lite’s option.

All merchandise should be inspected upon arrival and carrier damage claims should be filed with the carrier immediately. We are not responsible for, nor are we in a
Shipping Inspection and position to make a claim after the freight carrier accepts the shipment from us. For excess stock returns, contact the Vendor directly. Claims for shortages must be filed in
writing with Truck-Lite within twenty (20) days from date of shipment. Carrier assumes responsibility upon receipt of shipment. The consignee must file claims against the
