All orders are to be placed through the Hino Dealer Connect System (DCS). For special orders or for customer
support contact Supplier directly via phone number.
Enter orders in DCS Screen DC202 under Sales Type “S”. All direct ship (DS Orders) items will be shipped from a
local Supplier PDC.

Custom Logoed
Mud Flaps
1. Contact Viking Industries (Val at 810-227-2222) for custom design consultation. Once the design is
approved, Viking will provide you a part number to order & a custom Logo # for your specific design.
2. Place your order for that part number via DCS. Viking will contact you to confirm the Logo # that you wish to
have on the Mud Flap.
3. All future orders may simply be placed in DCS for the generic part number, then Viking will contact you to
confirm the Logo # for your order.
4. Upon shipment, HMS will invoice you for the mud flap.

Policy:
Order processing lead time is approximately 4-6 weeks for NEW Custom Mud Flaps.
Reorders are typically 10 business days.

Pricing will be available on-line in the Hino DCS system. In addition, the prices will be forwarded to your service
bureaus within two weeks of each pricing update.

All-Makes parts are not included in the Hino Mega Fleet pricing file but should be sold to Mega Fleet customers and
filed as Miscellaneous Items in Corcentric when submitting for reimbursement.

Any return must be approved in writing and is subject to inspection for credit or replacement.
