Order Procedures:

All orders are to be placed through the Hino Dealer Connect System (DCS). For special orders, contact your Hino DPM.

Stock Orders Enter orders in DCS Screen DC202 under Sales Type “S”. All direct ship (DS Orders) items will be shipped from a local Supplier PDC.
Emergency Orders

Emergency orders (EM) may be entered into DCS screen DC202 as a Sales Type “E” or "V". All emergency orders will be processed
with a “rush” order. Freight and Handling fees will be identified on the Hino invoice.

Minimum Order
There is no minimum order requirement on emergency or stock orders.
Quantity

Freight Policy:

Orders of less than 60 spring brakes and/or service chambers will be shipped with the freight charges pre-paid and added to the
invoice. Orders of 60 or more spring brakes and/or service chambers will acheive free-freight. All orders are shipped from Springfield,
MO unless otherwise specified. All orders will be shipped via the most efficient method.

Trailer Load or Bulk
Discount Details

8% off DNP on full trailer loads (1,800 pcs). Dealers can 'Mix & Match' to achieve full trailer load (1,800 pcs). Dealers must fill out
manual order form on full trailer load orders, contact your Hino DPM for instructions.

Order Fulfillment
Policy:

The standard order processing time is 2-4 days. However 'C' classified items have a 3 week lead time. If exact lead time is needed,
contact your Hino DPM.

Part Number
Pricing:

Pricing will be available on-line in the Hino DCS system. In addition, the prices will be forwarded to your service bureaus within two
weeks of each pricing update.

Format:

Standard Part numbers are directly carried over with the prefix "MG-"

Mega Fleet:

All-Makes parts are not included in the Hino Mega Fleet pricing file but should be sold to Mega Fleet customers and filed as
Miscellaneous Items in Corcentric when submitting for reimbursement.

Please view warranty document #W2016 as warranty varies based on item. Warranty policy can be found on www.mgmbrakes.com.

Returns:

Please view return goods policy SSP-8B. Contact Kim Jamison at [email protected] for prior return authorization. Returns
are limited to a value equal to a maximum of 5% of total purchases during the prior 12 months. A 20% handling charge applies unless
an offsetting order is received (reference policy) for details. Merchandise is returned freight prepaid.

Shipping
All merchandise should be inspected upon arrival and carrier damage claims should be filed with the carrier immediately. We are not
responsible for, nor are we in a position to make a claim after the freight carrier accepts the shipment from us. Damaged merchandise

Damaged Product: or shortages against Packing List must be reported within 90 days after shipment. Later claims will not be considered.
