Order Procedures:

All orders are to be placed through the Hino Dealer Connect System (DCS). For special orders or for customer support contact
Supplier directly via phone number.

Stock Orders
Emergency Orders

Enter orders in DCS Screen DC202 under Sales Type “S”. All direct ship (DS Orders) items will be shipped from a local
Supplier PDC.
Emergency orders (EM) may be entered into DCS screen DC202 as a Sales Type “E” or "V". All emergency orders will be
processed with a “rush” order. Freight and Handling fees will be identified on the Hino invoice.

Minimum Order There is no minimum order requirement on emergency or stock orders for DPFs or DOCs. There is a Minimum quantity order of
Quantity ten (10) gaskets.
Freight Policy:

All orders will be shipped via the most efficient method.

Free Freight
Policy:

Orders of four (4) or more DPFs/DOCs will ship free-freight (covered by DuraFit) to the dealership.
Freight is pre-paid and added to the invoice on all orders less than four (4) DPFs/DOCs at a rate of $30 per piece.
Orders of gaskets will ship free-freight (MOQ of ten (10) gaskets).

Order Fulfillment
Policy:

The standard order processing time is 3-5 business days from date of order placement.

Part Number
Pricing:

Pricing will be available on-line in the Hino DCS system. In addition, the prices will be forwarded to your service bureaus within
two weeks of each pricing update.

Format:

Standard Part numbers are directly carried over with a prefix of "DF-".

Mega Fleet:

All-Makes parts are not included in the Hino Mega Fleet pricing file but should be sold to Mega Fleet customers and filed as
Miscellaneous Items in Corcentric when submitting for reimbursement.

Warranty:

Returns:

DPF's have a 2 year/unlimited miles warranty which includes .5 hrs for R/R. For all other products please view Supplier
warranty documents as warranty varies based on item. Contact Supplier directly. All MUST have a RGA number from the
supplier.
A restocking fee of 20% shall be charged for Products that are returned. The Dealer shall pay for ground freight for Products
returned to the Manufacturer. Conflicts with any other provision of this Agreement notwithstanding, in a given calendar year,
Distributor has the right to return Product that totals no more than ten (10) percent of the prior calendar years’ purchases by
Distributor and, in order for the return to be effective, a simultaneous purchase must be made by Dealer from Manufacturer,
totaling or exceeding the dollar value of the Product being returned by Dealer. Any exceptions to this must be approved by the
Manufacturer in writing.

Shipping Inspection All merchandise should be inspected upon arrival and carrier damage claims should be filed with the carrier immediately. We

Particapation in the DuraFit emmisions control program provides dealers with a competitive solution to costly OEM and lowcost country sourced alternatives. DuraFit offers replacement DPFs and DOCs for most engine applications in the market
place today and is expanding the existing portfolio with new models. This allows a dealer to appeal to a diverse customer base
while effectively managing inventory and reducing working capital.

Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) is an agreement between DuraFit™ and our Dealers stipulating the lowest price an item is
allowed to be advertised for retail sale.
