MUD FLAP INFORMATION
Hino DCS has base pricing loaded for mud flaps that are plain (no logo), order as you wish. See
QR Guide for most frequently asked questions (freight, MOQ, lead time).
OBTAINING PRICING: Look up the part number in DCS using the DA- prefix. Also use the bulk
suffix “-B50” or “–B100”. Use that DNP plus the applicable fees shown below.
CUSTOMIZATION: Customize your look and promote your business by ordering custom-made
All-Makes & Models Mud Flaps. Pick your size, material, color and incorporate a logo. Here’s
how to order custom Mud Flaps:
1. Contact AeroPro at 1-800-443-5616 or [email protected] for custom design
consultation. Once the design is created & dealer approved, AeroPro will provide a custom part
number to the dealer & Hino Trucks.
2. Hino will load the part to DCS.
3. Dealer may then place the order in Hino DCS.
4. Upon shipment, the dealership will be invoiced.
5. Repeat orders for the exact same mud flap may simply be placed in DCS as needed.
All fees for custom logos and OR tooling will be represented on the Hino Trucks Invoice.
Mud flap Type: PROFLEX – (Die cut is available) Unique hybrid of recycled rubber
No setup charge for 2” 3” or 4” ALL CAPS block lettering. (50 piece minimum order).
Add $.85 per piece per color for imprinting on 100+ piece orders.
Add $1.10 per piece per color for imprinting less than 100 pieces.
Add .15 cents per piece for rounded corners.
Add .25 cents per piece for angle cut.
Mud flap Type: POLYPRO – (Die cut is available) Highest quality polymeric materials &
elastomeric resins. Resists cracking & breaking under extreme conditions.
No setup charge for 2” 3” or 4” ALL CAPS block lettering. (50 pc minimum order).
Add $.60 per piece per color for imprinting on 50+ piece orders.
Add .85 per piece per color for imprinting less than 50 pair
Add .15 cents per piece for rounded corners.
Add .25 cents per piece for angle cuts.
Flap Colors available: White, Black, Silver, Yellow, Red, Royal Blue, Green, Orange,
Burgundy, Navy Blue, Purple (there may be an up-charge for certain colors). Check with
AeroPro customer service for details.
Mud flap Type: MOLDED RUBBER – NOTE: 8 week lead time
Add $1.25 per flap for color.
100 pcs. Minimum order.
These flaps also feature the quick change header design that accommodates the
industry standard quick change flap bracket. Logo's are painted on using the most up to date
rubberized paint available. This will ensure longer lasting logo life.
Logo colors available: White, Yellow, Red, Blue. Also available with angle cut/call for
pricing. Call 800-443-5616 for tooling/logo quote.
* Tooling Fee: One time fee for tooling creation for logo (varies from $300 to $800 per
plate). One time fee only. Added to invoice. All fee’s are not included in the 10% off DNP sale.

made of approximately 70% reclaimed truck tires, soon followed. AeroPro has been credited with putting to use over fifty million pounds of
landfill tires.

Order Procedures:

All orders are to be placed through the Hino Dealer Connect System (DCS). For special orders or for customer support contact Supplier
directly via phone number.

Stock Orders Enter orders in DCS Screen DC202 under Sales Type “S”. All direct ship (DS Orders) items will be shipped from a local Supplier PDC.
Emergency Orders

Emergency orders (EM) may be entered into DCS screen DC202 as a Sales Type “E” or "V". All emergency orders will be processed with a
“rush” order. Freight and Handling fees will be identified on the Hino invoice.

Minimum Order Quantity

There is no minimum order requirement on emergency or stock orders, however to have mud flaps logoed the minimum order quantity
is 50 pieces (added cost break at 100 pieces).

Freight Policy:

Shipments within the Continental United States are pre-paid and added to the invoice. All orders will be shipped via the most efficient
method from Dover OH.

Tooling (Mud Flaps)

Tooling using a new custom logo:
1. Tooling fees vary from $300-$800 per plate (1 plate per color). One-time fee only

ii. 2 Color logo’s - No tooling charge for orders 400 pcs or more

Order Fulfillment
Policy:

The standard order processing time is 2-5 business days from date of order placement on plain flaps. Custom orders, 2 weeks and
"molded rubber" flaps are 8 weeks.

Part Number Pricing:

Pricing will be available on-line in the Hino DCS system. In addition, the prices will be forwarded to your service bureaus within two weeks
of each pricing update.

Format:

Standard Part numbers are directly carried over; with a "DA-" prefix. Bulk suffixes have been added to Mud Flap part numbers to show price
breaks (-B50 or -B100). Dealer can click on "Search" in DC210 and type in the base prefixed part number, then press enter, DCS will
display all part number matches with bulk suffixes.

Mega Fleet:

All-Makes parts are not included in the Hino Mega Fleet pricing file but should be sold to Mega Fleet customers and filed as Miscellaneous
Items in Corcentric when submitting for reimbursement.

Warranty:

Please view Supplier warranty documents as warranty varies based on item. Contact Supplier directly.

All merchandise should be inspected upon arrival and carrier damage claims should be filed with the carrier immediately. We are not
