All orders are to be placed through the Hino Dealer Connect System (DCS). For special orders or for customer support contact Vendor
directly via phone number.
Enter orders in DCS Screen DC202 under Sales Type “S”. All direct ship (DS Orders) items will be shipped from a local Vendor PDC.
Emergency orders (EM) may be entered into DCS screen DC202 as a Sales Type “E” or "V". All emergency orders will be processed with
a “rush” order. Freight and Handling fees will be identified on the Hino invoice.

Free Freight Policy &
Minimum Order Quantity

Brakes: The Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) are 172 bulk brake shoes or 60 boxed kits; mix & match. Orders under the MOQ will not
be accepted. Grease: Shipped free if 5+ cases are purchased - otherwise grease is shipped freight prepaid and added to the invoice
(MOQ 1 case / 6 tubes). Matrix JamSeal: Free freight on orders of 72+ (3 cases of 24 seals). MOQ on seals is 24 (freight pre-paid &
added to invoice if less than 72 are ordered). Orders under 24 are not accepted.

Freight Policy:

Shipments within the Continental United States are Free Freight for all orders over the above MOQ's. All orders are shipped from Oak
Creek, WI unless otherwise specified. All orders will be shipped via the most efficient method.

Order Fulfillment
Policy:

The standard order processing time is 1 business days from date of order placement, order lead time is 1-7 days depending upon USA
dealer distance from reline location.

Part Number Pricing:

Pricing will be available on-line in the Hino DCS system. In addition, the prices will be forwarded to your service bureaus within two
weeks of each pricing update.

Volume Discounts?

Yes, volume discounts are available, see Volume Discount Program for details.

Multiple Drop Policy?

Must be within 250 miles of 1st drop location. 1st drop is free, each additional drop costs $75 per drop (added to the invoice). 3 drop max.
Each location must take 3 or more skids. What is needed? Contact your Hino DPM to coordinate up to three separate POs (one for each
ship to location) following the standard trailer load criteria of full skid quantities and equaling a full trailer load. The Hino DPM will submit
the POs to Hino customer support via fax at (662) 342-5151 or email at helpdesk@hino.com along with the detail that they are to be
treated as a single trailer load with 3 drops. Hino customer support will coordinate with Neo Brake to arrange order placement and
shipment. Dealer will receive order confirmation upon placement. Does a Trailer load discount apply? Yes, discuss with your DPM. Does
each dealer have to take the same number of skids? No, must total a trailer load (22 skids).

Format:

Standard Part numbers are directly carried over; no prefix or suffix.

Mega Fleet:

All-Makes parts are not included in the Hino Mega Fleet pricing file but should be sold to Mega Fleet customers and filed as
Miscellaneous Items in Corcentric when submitting for reimbursement.

Warranty:

Please view Vendor warranty documents as warranty varies based on item. Contact vendor directly.

Returns:

Contact supplier directly to obtain a Return Goods Authorization code by phone number or email address listed above. All returned items
MUST have prior approval and the Return Goods Authorization (RGA) marked on the outside of the box. RGAs have an expiration date
of sixty (60) days; after sixty (60) days the return will become null and void. All returns are subject to a 25% or greater restocking fee.
Will not authorize any returns that are not properly packaged or in the original packaging. No credit will be issued for product that has
been damaged, altered, or installed on equipment. The customer is responsible for all freight charges on the returned merchandise.
Special order items or non stock items are not returnable. See supplier literature for further information.

Shipping Inspection
and Damaged Product:

All merchandise should be inspected upon arrival and carrier damage claims should be filed with the carrier immediately. We are not
responsible for, nor are we in a position to make a claim after the freight carrier accepts the shipment from us. For excess stock returns,
contact the Supplier directly.
