SKF now offers "Krown" Products - Corrosion Inhibitor, Fast Acting Penetrant, Salt Eliminator and Chain Lubricant. Each product
is available in 1 gallon, 5 gallon and 55 gallon drums, as well as in an easy-to-apply aerosol container. Additionally, a point of
purchase display offers a visually appealing way to display the product offering. It holds 48 aerosol product containers, 12 each of
the Corrosion Inhibitor, Fast Acting Penetrant, Salt Eliminator and Chain Lubricant. Krown also offers Heavy Duty Pressure Wash,
Alumabrite, Power Klean, and Known Wash to wash and clean the body, engine and undercarriage of heavy duty vehicles.
Additionally, SKF offers cleaning tools including foam guns, spray rods, pumps, spray guns, drop-in fluid pumps, rubber water lines
and small and large portable cleaning systems.

All orders are to be placed through the Hino Dealer Connect System (DCS). For special orders or for customer support contact
Vendor directly via phone number.
Enter orders in DCS Screen DC202 under Sales Type “S”. All direct ship items will be shipped from a local Vendor PDC.
Emergency orders may be entered into DCS screen DC202 as a Sales Type “E” or "V". All emergency orders will be processed
with a “rush” order. Freight and Handling fees will be identified on the Hino invoice.
There is no minimum order requirement on emergency or stock orders.
Orders under $900 ships freight pre-paid and added to the invoice. SKF freight is prepaid on orders of $900.00 or more of
combined products; all backorders prepaid within the Continental United States. All orders are shipped from Crossville, TN unless
otherwise specified. All orders will be shipped via the most efficient method.

Free Freight Policy:

All stock orders over $900.00 of combined products will include prepaid freight; all backorders prepaid.

Order Fulfillment Policy:

The standard order processing time is 5 business days from date of order placement.

Part Number Pricing:

Pricing will be available on-line in the Hino DCS system. In addition, the prices will be forwarded to your service bureaus within two
weeks of each pricing update.

Format:

Standard Part numbers are directly carried over with a prefix of "SK-".

Mega Fleet:

All-Makes parts are not included in the Hino Mega Fleet pricing file but should be sold to Mega Fleet customers and filed as
Miscellaneous Items in Corcentric when submitting for reimbursement.

Warranty:

Please view Vendor warranty documents as warranty varies based on item. Contact vendor directly.

Returns:

Contact vendor directly to obtain a Return Goods Authorization code by phone number or email address listed above. All returned
items MUST have prior approval and the Return Goods Authorization (RGA) marked on the outside of the box. RGAs have an
expiration date of sixty (60) days; after sixty (60) days the return will become null and void. SKF stock adjustment policy is 3% of
previous years net purchases with a 10% handling charge. The 10% handling charge is waived for utilizing the SKF VMI (Vendor
Managed Inventory) program. A & B classified items are not returnable. Stock adjustments require SKF authorization and an
offsetting order of equal value. All returns must be completed by October 15th.

Shipping Inspection and
Damaged Product:

All merchandise should be inspected upon arrival and carrier damage claims should be filed with the carrier immediately. We are
not responsible for, nor are we in a position to make a claim after the freight carrier accepts the shipment from us. For excess
stock returns, contact the Vendor directly.

rapidly penetrate and loosen seized
