Order Procedures:

All orders are to be placed through the Hino Dealer Connect System (DCS). For special orders questions or for customer support
contact Vendor directly via phone number.

Stock Orders Enter orders in DCS Screen DC202 under Sales Type “S”. All direct ship items will be shipped from a local Vendor PDC.
Emergency orders may be entered into DCS screen DC202 as a Sales Type “E” or "V". All emergency orders will be processed
with a “rush” order. Freight and Handling fees will be identified on the Hino invoice. Maximum of two part numbers, two pieces per
part number, & for complete units only. Component parts are not part of the emergency order process. Product will be shipped to
Emergency Orders
dealers only. Delco Remy does not drop-ship to third party locations (customer/fleet locations). Freight must be via overnight or
second day expedited carrier & is the dealers responsibility. Emergency orders received after 2:00pm EST will ship the following
day.
Minimum Order There is no minimum order requirement on emergency or stock orders, however to achieve free freight order must be over 12
Quantity pieces (Mix and Match Alternators, & Starters).
Shipments within the Continental United States will be shipped freight pre-paid and added to the invoice unless the order qualifies
Freight Policy:
for Free Freight. All orders will be shipped via the most efficient method.
There is no minimum order requirement on emergency or stock orders, however to achieve Pre-Paid freight order must be over 12

Mega Fleet:

All-Makes parts are not included in the Hino Mega Fleet pricing file but can be sold to Mega Fleet customers and filed as
Miscellaneous Items in Corcentric when submitting for reimbursement.

Warranty:

Please see "Delco Remy Warranty" website and phone number at top. Please always view Suppliers warranty documents as
warranty varies based on items/products/vehicle applications, etc... Please view Vendor warranty documents as warranty varies
based on item. Contact vendor directly for a RGA approval number. Warranty covers manufacturers defects only and does not
cover damage (installation or progressive). If the vendor provides a RGA number, contact Hino Trucks warranty department.
Warranty claims are to be sent back through Hino Trucks corporate. Remy’s liability under this warranty is limited solely to the
repair or replacement of defective product within the United States and Canada. Any product submitted for repair or replacement
must be presented to Remy at one of its facilities within the United States. Remy shall not be liable for any incidental, special,
consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to rental cars, towing fees or for any service not expressly provided
for herein, relating to or arising from Remy product. THIS WARRANTY IS A LIMITED WARRANTY: This warranty is given in lieu
of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including the warranty of merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose or
otherwise, on the part of Remy. No dealer or supplier, nor any agent or employee thereof, is authorized to extend or modify this
warranty.

Returns:

[email protected] For RMAs and other return questions. Contact vendor directly to obtain a Return Goods Authorization
code by phone number or email address listed above. All returned items MUST have prior approval and the Return Goods
Authorization (RGA) marked on the outside of the box. RGAs have an expiration date of sixty (60) days; after sixty (60) days the
return will become null and void. All returns are subject to a 25% or greater restocking fee. Will not authorize any returns that are
not properly packaged or in the original packaging. No credit will be issued for product that has been damaged, altered, or
installed on equipment. The customer is responsible for all freight charges on the returned merchandise. Special order items or
non stock items are not returnable.

Shipping Inspection
and Damaged
Product:

All merchandise should be inspected upon arrival and carrier damage claims should be filed with the carrier immediately. We are
not responsible for, nor are we in a position to make a claim after the freight carrier accepts the shipment from us. For excess
stock returns, contact the Vendor directly.
