Quantity

All orders are to be placed through the Hino Dealer Connect System (DCS). For special orders or for customer support contact Vendor directly
via phone number.
Enter orders in DCS Screen DC202 under Sales Type “S”. All direct ship (DS Orders) items will be shipped from a local Vendor PDC.
Emergency orders (EM) may be entered into DCS screen DC202 as a Sales Type “E” or "V". All emergency orders will be processed with a
“rush” order. Freight and Handling fees will be identified on the Hino invoice.
The minimum order requirement on emergency or stock orders is $300.00

Freight Policy:

Freight will be pre-paid and added to the invoice, unless order is over $2400.00, then freight ships free. All orders will be shipped via the most
efficient method.

Free Freight Policy:

Minimum order value is $2400.00 in order to qualify for Free Freight. If order is under $2400.00 then freight will be pre-paid and added to the
invoice.

Order Fulfillment
Policy:

The standard order processing time is 1-3 business days from date of order placement, order lead time is 1-7 days depending upon USA dealer
distance from reline location.

Part Number Pricing:

Pricing will be available on-line in the Hino DCS system. In addition, the prices will be forwarded to your service bureaus within two weeks of
each pricing update. Dealers must follow NOCO MAP policy. Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) is an agreement between NOCO™ and our
Dealers stipulating the lowest price an item is allowed to be advertised for retail sale.

Format:

Standard Part numbers are directly carried over with a prefix of "NC-"

Mega Fleet:

All-Makes parts are not included in the Hino Mega Fleet pricing file but should be sold to Mega Fleet customers and filed as Miscellaneous Items
in Corcentric when submitting for reimbursement.
What is covered:
All goods manufactured by us that are defective in material or workmanship. How long is it covered: One (1) year from date of
[shipment][purchase]. Some products may carry longer warranty periods. Chargers are 5 years.
What we will do:
Repair or replace the defective goods free of charge or, at our option, refund the purchase price of the defective goods (not including taxes or
shipping charges).
What we will not do:
We will not pay service labor costs, costs to remove or install any defective, repaired or replaced good, or costs of shipping or transportation of
any defective repaired or replaced good.
What you must do:
Return the defective goods with a written statement of the alleged defect to:

Other conditions:
This warranty only covers the original purchaser. This warranty does not cover defects caused by mishandling, accident, improper installation,
modification or misuse of the goods. WE WILL NOT PAY ANY KIND OF DAMAGES CAUSED BY A DEFECTIVE GOOD, INCLUDING
CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the defective good (not including taxes or
shipping charges). Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not
apply to you. State law rights: IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF ONE (1) YEAR. Some states do not allow
limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and
you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Returns:

Contact supplier directly to obtain a Return Goods Authorization code by phone number or email address listed above. All returned items MUST
have prior approval and the Return Goods Authorization (RGA) marked on the outside of the box. RGAs have an expiration date of sixty (60)
days; after sixty (60) days the return will become null and void. All returns are subject to a 25% or greater restocking fee. Will not authorize any
returns that are not properly packaged or in the original packaging. No credit will be issued for product that has been damaged, altered, or
installed on equipment. The customer is responsible for all freight charges on the returned merchandise. Special order items or non stock
items are not returnable. See supplier literature for further information. Return Policy (RMA):
All returns MUST receive a RMA number prior to returning merchandise. The RMA number must be clearly marked on all shipping papers and
packaging. Any returns without an RMA number will be refused. There is a 20% restocking fee for returned merchandise. Returns will NOT be
permitted after thirty (30) days from shipment, except for warranty claims (view limited warranty statement). All parts must be returned in their
new, unused and original, un-opened carton. All returns must be packaged securely prior to shipment. Returns will be processed and credited
within sixty (60) days from date of arrival. All returns will be shipped at customers cost. Any returns sent back freight collect will be refused.

Shipping Inspection
and Damaged
Product:

All merchandise should be inspected upon arrival and carrier damage claims should be filed with the carrier immediately. We are not
responsible for, nor are we in a position to make a claim after the freight carrier accepts the shipment from us. For excess stock returns, contact
the Supplier directly.

About NOCO.
The NOCO Company was founded in 1914 in Cleveland, Ohio. Joseph
Henry Nook, a local tire and battery distributor, set out to develop a
product that would prevent battery corrosion. After several hundred
