GENUINE MOTOR PARTS AND MOTOR ACCESSORIES BULLETIN PAB1108: SCREAMIN' EAGLE STREET TUNER UPDATE FOR 2021. PURPOSE. Revision. To inform dealers that all Screamin' Eagle® Street Tuner calibrations will have a delayed availability due to the 2021 Electronic Control Module (ECM) change on Milwaukee-Eight® (MKE-8) models. Update: Screamin' Eagle Street Tuner 49-State (only) calibrations for 2021 vehicles are now available. In addition, Street Tuner calibrations for 2018-2021 Softail® Stage III (119ci & 122ci) kits (49-State only) are also now available.

Purpose for Parts and Accessories Bulletin
To inform dealers that all Screamin' Eagle® Street Tuner calibrations will have a delayed availability due to the 2021 Electronic
Control Module (ECM) change on Milwaukee-Eight® (MKE-8) models.
A new Screamin' Eagle Tuner Cable Kit (Part No. 41000979) will be required to tune 2021 MKE-8 models with the Screamin'
Eagle Street Tuner. Model Year 2021 MKE-8 models have a new ECM, which requires the connectors to change on one side of
the cable. This change provides Screamin' Eagle with another first to market advantage with our Street Tuner. For the DIY tuner,
this cable is a must have for 2021 MKE-8 equipped vehicles. The kit provides all necessary connections between motorcycle,
Vehicle Communication Interface (VCI), and computer, and permits downloading calibrations with the Street Tuner and Street
Tuner software.
Update: Screamin' Eagle Street Tuner 49-State (only) calibrations for 2021 vehicles are now available. In addition, Street Tuner
calibrations for 2018-2021 Softail® Stage III (119ci & 122ci) kits (49-State only) are also now available.

• All Screamin' Eagle Street Tuner calibrations will have a delayed availability due to the 2021 ECM change on MKE-8 models
including Touring, CVO, Trike, Softail and XL models.
• Harley-Davidson
is anticipating Street Tuner calibrations to be available in late February 2021.
• Harley-Davidson will communicate further updates through the Parts and Accessories (P&A) bulletin process.
• A new Screamin' Eagle Tuner Cable Kit (Part No. 41000979) will be required to tune 2021 MKE-8 models with the Screamin'
Eagle Street Tuner.
• Screamin' Eagle Street Tuner 49-State (only) calibrations for 2021 vehicles are now available. In addition, Street Tuner
calibrations for 2018-2021 Softail® Stage III (119ci & 122ci) kits (49-State only) are also now available.
