Multiple drops - A $75 fee will be assesed per additional drop off point & must meet the following criteria.
Minimum 5 pallets per drop & up to 3 additional stops after initial destination
Additional Stops must be within 150 miles of initial destination.
Call your Hino DPM prior to placing your order to establish additional drop points, the Hino
DPM will follow up with the Hino PDC to coordinate shipment. The initial drop has no additional fee.

All orders are to be placed through the Hino Dealer Connect System (DCS). Quality Fleet Products will ship through various Distribution centers.

Stock Orders: Enter orders in DCS Screen DC202 under Sales Type “S”.
Emergency orders may be entered into DCS screen DC202 as a Sales Type “E” or "V". All emergency orders will be processed with a “rush” order. Freight and Handling fees will be identified on
the Hino invoice.
Minimum Order Quantity: MOQ's are dictated by item, please view DC202 to identify the MOQ associated with the part.
Orders are shipped from Brighton, MI unless otherwise specified. All orders will be shipped via the most efficient method LTL or TL carrier. Shipments to Continental United States only. All
Freight Policy:
orders not qualifying for free freight are shipped freight pre-paid and added to the invoice.
Emergency Orders:

115376-B720 & 115376-B1760 are always shipped freight Pre-Paid & Added to the invoice (see the freight chart on the following page).
The below part numbers that say "Free Freight!!" allow dealers to add other QFP parts to their order taking advantage of free freight on them also (excludes 115376-B720 & 115376-B1760).
