“rush” order. Freight and Handling fees will be identified on the Hino invoice.

Part Number Pricing:

Pricing will be available on-line in the Hino DCS system. In addition, the prices will be forwarded to your service bureaus within two weeks
of each pricing update.

Format:

Standard Part numbers are Pre-fixed with "AV-" & all spaces have been removed.

Mega Fleet:

All-Makes parts are not included in the Hino Mega Fleet pricing file but should be sold to Mega Fleet customers and filed as Miscellaneous
Items in Corcentric when submitting for reimbursement.

Warranty:

Please see the Av-Tekk and Grizzly Air Specific warranty documents. Warranty is handled directly with the vendor.

Returns:

Contact Supplier directly to obtain a Return Goods Authorization code by phone number or email address listed above. All returned items
MUST have prior approval and the Return Goods Authorization (RGA) marked on the outside of the box. RGAs have an expiration date of
sixty (60) days; after sixty (60) days the return will become null and void. Will not authorize any returns that are not properly packaged or in
the original packaging. No credit will be issued for product that has been damaged, altered, or installed on equipment. The customer is
responsible for all freight charges on the returned merchandise. Special order items or non stock items are not returnable.

Proper coolant flow is essential to all vehicles operations. When coolant flow is inhibited for
any reason failure of crucial engine components can occur from extreme overheating. To help
eliminate the failures of some common components due to overheating Av-Tekk is introducing
its new line of products Grizzly Air. Most in the diesel service industry know how common it is to
replace EGR coolers and oil coolers multiple times throughout the use of a vehicles life. Destined to
fail because of poor designs these components just aren’t made to last. Av-Tekk’s Grizzly Air seeks
to solve this problem by providing a new robust rebuild process for EGR coolers that eliminates
the cause of failures in this component. Utilizing T304 stainless steel tubing, Grizzly Air eliminates
the Turbulator design used in most OEM EGR coolers. Then, this new stainless steel tubing is TIG
welded to precise cut plates attached to the cooler housing. This new design from Grizzly Air
ensures that the EGR cooler will continue to operate properly even when the flow of coolant
has been inhibited. Just like Av-Tekk Heavy Duty Charge-Air Coolers, the Grizzly Air product line
offers superior quality for any situation.
Whether it’s a personal vehicle or a work vehicle, from light duty to heavy duty engines Grizzly Air
offers a wide range of EGR and Oil Cooling products.
Grizzly Air provides a Limited Lifetime Warranty on Ford 6.0L Powerstroke applications (parts GA 301 and
GA 304) and for Mercedes applications (parts GA 500LT GA 501LT) and a 12 Month/Unlimited Mileage
warranty on all other products.

defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two years regardless of vehicle.
Any Av-Tekk Brand Charge Air Coolers, New that fails to deliver satisfactory service due to air
leakage within the cooler will be reconditioned or replaced at no charge for a period of two years
from the date purchased regardless of vehicle mileage. In order to Qualify “Leak Free,” the

Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover Charge Air-Coolers which fail to meet the above condition due to
the following causes:
1. Off Highway applications, such as Logging and Mining operations.
Standard Two Year warranty applies.
2. Vehicle damage
3. Incorrect or improper mounting
4. Damage caused by abuse, neglect, collision, fire, vandalism, or chemical corrosion
This warranty does not provide compensation for downtime, service, labor charges, or taxes.
Av-Tekk will pay 1.5 hours of labor for warranty replacement. This warranty applies only to the
original purchaser and is not transferable.

SPECIFIC COVERAGE
LIMITED WARRANTY POLICY:
Grizzly Air warrants our products to be free from defects in material or workmanship in
accordance with the following. The vehicle must be maintained and serviced following the
OEM service schedules pertaining to oil and fuel. Powerstroke and Navistar must follow oil
and filter change intervals. All others must follow the fuel filter change intervals. Grizzly Air
does not assume any responsibility for incidental or consequential damage.
Product submitted for warranty must be accompanied with completed Information and
proof of maintenance compliance outlined in the warranty submission document.
The warranty period commences the day the product is delivered to the original consumer
purchaser. Grizzly Air warrants it will replace, free of charge, any product which, under
normal conditions of use and service, proves to be defective in material or workmanship and
which is within the warranty period below.
PRODUCT COVERAGE
Grizzly Air Limited Warranty INCLUDES: Defective parts limited to material and
workmanship.
Unlimited miles/kilometers on installed parts within the first 12 months after
commencement of part warranty period. Exceptions: Parts #GA 301, GA304 for Ford 6.0L
Powerstroke Applications carry a *Limited Lifetime Warranty on the part only.
THE GRIZZLY AIR LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
*Failures caused by fuel or oil contamination, fire damage, misuse, negligence, modification,
abuse, improper application, installation or operation. Failures caused by unauthorized
service or use of unauthorized parts.
