Trailer Load (TL) Program Parameters:
 All Meritor brake shoe FMSI’s are included in the program!
 Must be signed up for this program to obtain any discount.
 Dealers are also eligible to receive “Added Rewards Points”!
 Must meet the commitment level within 12 months of sign-up date. Discount
level is based on the direct ship one-piece dealer net part number. Meritor will
conduct a quarterly review of your TL orders to ensure that the commitment level is
being met. If your dealership is not on track with the commitment level, your
discount will be adjusted immediately to the level of your current pace.
 All brake shoes must be ordered in full pallet quantities. Standard lead time
applies (10-31 days part number dependent). May inquire with Hino DPM for a lead
time estimate if necessary (include part numbers).
 Shoes must be ordered in pallet load quantities to obtain the discount.
 Free drop-shipping for up to 3 locations (only for full trailer load orders).
 The “committed” dealer location must be included on the shipment
route. The ordering location gets the full credit toward the TL
commitment.
 Drop locations cannot exceed a 150 mile distance from the
commitment location.
 Minimum 4 skids or more per drop. Drop off points will be subject to
review by Hino & Meritor.
 Prior to Ordering
 Do not place your order in DCS. Return the “Participation Form” (page
3) to your Hino DPM (DPM to forward to corp.). State that you are on
the Meritor Brake Shoe Commitment Program.
 State the other location(s) the order needs to be shipped to & include
the amount of skids (by part number) to be dropped at each location.
 Trailer load shoe orders will ship directly from the Plainfield, IN and
cannot be combined with other stock orders, or direct ship orders.

 Must E-Mail the order to the PDC for manual order entry to obtain the
discounted pricing. Dealer to Email dealer code, dealer ship to
addresses, PO #, part #’s & quantity to [email protected]. CC your
Hino DPM.

Meritor Brake Product:
The Meritor trailer load brake program includes all FMSI’s, the popular FMSI’s are shown in the
table below. These are available in a number of choices, including premium and price point
linings, as well as new and reman options. Bulk part numbers are excluded as they are already
heavily discounted (BK, B18, B30, B32, B84, B96, etc. suffixed part numbers). While bulk part
numbers are not eligible for additional savings, they can be applied toward the trailer load
quantity requirements of 22 pallets. Examples that are not eligible for an additional TL discount:
“KMG14311EB32” (Bulk Suffix, MOQ 32)
“KSMA2124709E2-B32” (Bulk Suffix, MOQ 32)
“R1308EBK” (Bulk Suffix, MOQ 100)

Calculating a Trailer Load:
22 pallets fill a trailer. All brake shoes or brake shoe kits must be in pallet quantity multiples with
one part number per pallet.
The quantity of brake shoes per pallet varies by FMSI code as shown below.

Reman Core Charges
Normal core charges apply for reman shoes and shoe box kits. Core billing is immediate.
