The instrument cluster of the vehicle shows the warning message "Vehicle lighting fault – service
necessary" and the fault memory of the headlight control unit contains at least one of the following
entries:

Replace the corresponding headlight with all add-on parts; see

Information
After the repair has been carried out, a warranty claim must be submitted as soon as possible, so that
Porsche
can request the parts.
Porsche requires the complete headlight for a targeted fault analysis. Therefore, avoid disassembling the
headlight.
