Good morning Craig and Glenn,
Upon further investigation it was determined that the issue can be corrected by changing a trim parameter in the ECM
instead of doing a recalibration. Paccar (Michelle
) is investigating to understand the impacts to Paccar if the
parameter is changed. By the end of the day we hope to know whether or not we have approval and can proceed with
the parameter change.

We believe this issue is related to our recent PP2 software release and is causing the fault code at your locations.
Currently this is preventing the trucks from running on EOL dyno. We are working on getting new calibrations that will
correct the issue.
There are approx. 40 engines at each location. I have given approval to Mike and Troy to pull necessary resources from
the distributor to support the recalibration activity. We’re hoping to have the calibration ready sometime today.
I’m assuming we have your approval to proceed with this activity but if you have any questions or concerns please let
me know.

is throwing active PCC (Predictive Cruise Control) fault code (520225‐9) for erratic data coming from
retarder. This is 2nd vehicle in a 40 chassis fleet, with other chassis within the fleet exhibiting the same fault code.
