RR2x - Bonnet touches scuttle trim when opening

Complaint:
A short 'click' noise may be audible when opening the bonnet, from either hinge area.

Cause
Due to the mechanical action of the hinge, it can contact the top edge of the scuttle panel trim at the
base of the windscreen.
The scuttle panel trim seal, by design, must remain at this height in order to provide effective water
management in this area of the vehicle.
Attached to this measure is a short video to demonstrate the situation.

Measure
No action required. The scuttle trim must not be trimmed as it is critical for water management in this
area of the vehicle.
No long term effects of the touch condition have been found during development and validation processes
of the vehicle launch.
