What is the reason for this Product Update?
During manufacturing, the rearview camera was not properly sealed. This can let moisture enter the camera, causing the
camera display to be cloudy or the camera not to work, and/or a Rear Camera Not Available message to appear.
What should you do?
Contact any authorized Honda
dealer for an appointment to replace the rearview camera. This work will be done for FREE.
Please plan to leave your vehicle at the dealer for at least half a day to allow them flexibility in scheduling.

Please forward a copy of this notice to the lessee.
What to do if you feel this notice is in error
Our records show that you are the current owner or lessee of a 2018 Odyssey involved in this product update. If this is not
the case, or the name/address information is not correct, please fill out and return the enclosed, postage-paid Information

humedad en la cámara, ocasionando que la cámara se vea nublada o la cámara no funcione, y/o aparezca un mensaje
“Rear Camera Not Available” (La cámara para ver hacia atrás no está disponible).
¿Qué debe hacer?
Comuníquese con cualquier concesionario Honda autorizado para coordinar una cita para reemplazar la cámara para
ver hacia atrás. Este trabajo se realizará de forma GRATUITA. Por favor haga planes para dejar su vehículo en el
concesionario por lo menos medio día, para permitir flexibilidad en la programación de la cita.
