unit here for not completeing regen. ISB running high. itv following commanded. test MCM made no change.

harness or 6 pack of injectors???

Looking at the log file, there is an issue with cylinders 1 and/or 3. They are showing right at 70 percent or

above. Anything at 70 or -70 is considered abnormal. Have you followed all the troubleshooting for rough

running engine? When's the last time the overhead was done? Was it done correctly? Any other work done

previously to the engine.

I agree. 1 and 3 are suspect. performing rough running checks now. someone install a new dosing unit. but no

overhead work done to my knowledge.

csc has advised itv is faulty. new one will be in tomorrow. I will update upon replacement.

csc has stated isb's are not used in 60 series.

That's news to me they don't use the ISB for them. I wonder when they changed that. I just went back through

most of the troubleshooting and don't see anywhere they reference idle speed balance tests. They should

remove the tests if they are no longer using them to diagnose anymore.

I think there was a guy named Chris at CSC that helped me out with the last ITV issue I had. He told me don't

be surprised if you have to put several ITV's on to repair the problem.

did the intake throttle valve repair it? have one in the shop now with same issue put on one reman throttle

valve didn't make a change the highest temp I could get was 400 installed a one new none reman one now it

gets to at least to dosing temp but surges and temp drops off and on never really gets above 650
