I got a problem with an unit, it's 5700XE. Vin is HY3884. As you can tell from the picture you can see that
fuel used versus the mileage doesn't make any sense. I replace the ICU and the CPC and did not solve my
problem. We did reset the trip and leg segment with no effect. We also reset the fuel used too and no effect.In
the DDEC report the mpg is normal I included the last report i did.
Did someone saw that problem before?? We don't know where to search.

So nobody ever run across that issue before. The same customer got 2 trucks who does the same problem.

I just had a unit come in VIN:GZ2806 that was reading 99.9 for fuel economy, this was due to the fuel used
reading in the ICU was not reset with the trip or leg counters being maxed out. I reset the counters for the trip
and leg readings in the Trip ICU menu and the problem was fixed. Are they not resetting there trip counters
when fueling up?
Not sure if this is the exact same thing but something to keep on eye out for.

I have a customer with a fleet that has poor fuel mileage. the ddec reports looks similar to yours. they all have
an average vehicle speed that is a little high for their routs. they are getting in the range of 5.90 - 6.50. the
customer claims he was getting up in the 7's before the new trucks. these are all new P4's. I have found that
they all have a bunch of codes for vehicle speed sensor and ecu rdf when I looked at virtual tech. like pages
worth. I have found that all their ddec reports are recording way high highest speeds up in the mid 80's. these
trucks are governed at 72 and have sub 20% idle time. if Detroit assurance was applying the brakes due to
traffic on the highway and then speeding back up again would that cause the poor mileage?
