RE: Wide Fender Flare kit for K5150B / K5151B

PART #: 57086B / 57087 / 57088
This is a comprehensive performance kit that requires unique procedures

outside of the normal remove and replace components. Pro Comp strongly

recommends following the advice provided on the page 5 introduction.

This bulletin provides additional information for the successful installation of

the Tundra Long Travel Suspension kits K5150B / K5151B.

If you have received a 57086BMX-6 packaged 9/23/15, without CV axle boot

bands, hardware pack 90-60605, contact Pro Comp customer service 800-776-0767

and the hardware bag will be sent UPS Red Label.

Wide fender flare kits, front pn 57087 and rear pn 57088 are for 2014-2016

models and include front marker lights for the grill, front and rear side marker lights,

center rear lights, wire, snap plugs and small OD washers for flare installation.

Hardware packages with 36) 1.0” OD fender washers will be sent to replace the

small diameter washers provided for fender flare installation. A revised front light

bracket will also be included to address trim levels that may not accept the provided

84-10246 bracket.

The front marker lights tie into the factory side marker leads. Wire the center

lights in sequence from the factory driver side marker light. Use yellow wire from

LED to factory green wire for power / white to white for ground. The rear marker

lights tie into the license plate harness. Use red wire from LED to factory green wire

for power / white to white for ground. Connectors to tie the LED wires into the

factory wires are not provided. Scotch Lock wire splice connectors can be used

A final note on sway bar installation, step 116 of the instructions states; cut off

the corner of the bracket. This will be revised to state; cut / remove material from

the ends of the sway bar to provide a flush mount to the 35-10227 and 35-10229

sway bar end link brackets. Material may also need to be removed from the lower

edges of the sway bar to allow the end link brackets to mate flat against the sway

bar.
