SUBJECT: SF605 – Campaign Suspended
This letter is to inform you that campaign SF605, LED Step Lighting, will be suspended on
Monday, 8/10/2020. On that date you will see SF605 marked as “Suspended” in OWL.
It has been determined that a change in the procedure is necessary. A second Important Campaign
Information letter will be posted when the changes have been made and the campaign is reactivated.
Do not begin any SF605 repairs until the campaign is reactivated. For work already started, claims must
have a repair date of 08/10/2020 or prior. Claims with later repair dates will not be accepted by OWL.
