1. Inverter serial # and 6 digits of chassis Vin #. The inverter serial # is located in the passenger ottoman seat. There
are 2 vents on the face frame (one by the aisle and the second is behind the wall). You need to access the one behind
that is facing the power sofa and pry out the inner circle vent. Use a flash light and you can see the serial number on
the bottom part of the inverter.
2. Enumerate and run the inverter with different modes of power. Examples below:
a. Microwave running on shore power. Light stayed on green at inverter control panel and microwave worked fine.
GREEN LIGHT AND MICRO WORKS NORMAL
b. Microwave running on battery power. Light stayed on orange at inverter control panel and microwave worked fine.
OK MICRO ON INVERTER AND WORKS FINE
c. Microwave running on generator power. Light stayed on green and when tried using microwave, it went to orange
and stayed in orange. If there is an error code, please mention it. MICRO-ON AND GEN-ON INVERTER LIGHT WAS
ORANGE AND THEN SHUTS DOWN.
d. Inverter controller went to E03 code without using anything. ONLY if there is an error code showing. NO FAULTS
EVER COME UP

INVERTER QUESTIONAIRE

the bottom part of the inverter.

code went away but no output
3. Include complete name where the warranty inverter will be sent (example: dealership name or customer name),
address and phone number.
The time approved is 1.5 hours max but we’ll add 0.5 for diagnose to help just this time with total time of 2.0 hours
for the work.
Warranty inverter will come directly from Xantrex. They may need the old inverter back so just use the box of the new
inverter to ship back to Xantrex the old inverter. Xantrex will also provide you a shipment return label.
