Customer states:
 The oil level warning appears in the driver information system (DIS).
Workshop findings:
One of the following DTCs may be stored in the engine control module (ECM), J623 (address word 0001):
 DTC P15A500 (oil level measurement implausible signal static) with symptom code 30959.
Or
 DTC P15A500 (oil level measurement implausible signal sporadic) with symptom code 30959.
 The oil level when measured is correct.

Technical Background
When filling or adding engine oil with the ignition switched-off, the new oil level is incorrectly detected by the
engine control module.

Production Solution
New software in the ECM, J623 (address word 0001) addressed the condition.

1. Follow all instructions in TSB 2011732: 00 Software Version Management (SVM), operating instructions.
2. Update the ECM, J623 (address word 0001) using the SVM action code as listed in the table below, if
necessary:
