no longer be cancelled/refunded.

Produced in the USA and available as an electronic document. Hard copy documents are printed in USA on recycled paper containing

a minimum of 50% wastepaper and 10% post-consumer waste.

If the VIDA parts catalog indicates “VIN-unique wiring harness, built when orders are placed” please

refer to the information under Service before placing the order as it can take up to 8 weeks for one of

these harnesses to be built.

SERVICE:

This TJ can be used as a support guide if it is believed that a VIN unique harness is required to repair

a vehicle. To avoid unnecessary ordering of a VIN-unique harness, refer to and contact the appropriate

Support team at Volvo Car USA for advice before placing the order:

Retailer Technical Support (RTS)

If there is uncertainty as to whether a harness can be repaired or not, contact Retailer Technical Support

for advice by submitting a Vehicle Report. Please attach clear photos of the damage and, if possible, the

part number of the harness in question. Use Sub Concern Area “Support Needed” and Function Group

NOTE: When repairing any wiring, always refer to VIDA Cleaning, Inspection, Adjustment section 371

for approved methods.

- To find out if connector housings and/or repair terminals are available to make a repair

Please provide the VIN and harness part number or connector number when you contact Option 1.

- There is a general inquiry about ETA of a VIN-unique harness.

Please provide the part number, order number and, if possible, the date that the harness was ordered

when you contact Option 2.
