Reason for block
Complaint:
Fault code in control unit N127 relating to radiator shutter, with or without display message in instrument cluster.
Cause:
Actuator motors of the upper and lower air guidance flaps lose their reference positions.

As a result, the flaps may be in an implausible position.
Remedy:
Delete fault code and do not replace any component parts.

Perform a reference run for the upper and lower air guidance flaps with the XENTRY diagnosis.

During the reference run observe whether the flaps open and close fully.

After completing the reference run for the air guidance flaps, the problem is rectified.
