ShoreLand’r and ShoreStation Customers:
At this time, we are facing an unprecedented challenge in fulfilling parts orders and shipping those parts.
Below is a link from the NMMA which leads you to state-by-state actions and executive orders which
may help you to know where we may have issues with parts distribution. The NMMA says they plan to
keep this updated.

UPS is an essential business who has also need to make adjustments to realistically manage shipping in
this environment. UPS is no longer guaranteeing small package timelines; they are also returning
packages that cannot be delivered within a nine-day timeline. This means that we must consider leadtimes for product and the shipping time, and then ask customers if they believe they will be open for the
duration to receive the package. We don’t want you to incur shipping charges twice for one package, so
be diligent regarding communications on possible closings. If a package has shipped, the customer will
pay for the part and the shipping. You may keep updated at

MWI Work Hours & Local Pick-Up Protocol

ShoreStation & ShoreLand’r Dealers,
Effective Monday March 23rd Midwest Industries will be implementing a four ten-hour
day production schedule. This means pick up orders will only be allowed MondayThursday.
Additionally, in order to reduce the risk of infection or spread of COVID-19, Midwest
Industries requires all customers who come to the Ida Grove facility to pick-up orders
adhere to the following process:

Call your order entry representative to schedule the date and time of the pickup
prior to traveling to Ida Grove.
When you arrive at the facility, do not enter the building. Please call your
representative to communicate your arrival to receive the location and
instructions for your order.
If your product is to be loaded onto your vehicle or trailer, please maintain the
recommended personal distance (6 ft.) between you and the Midwest
employees during the loading process.
Your order-entry representative will also provide instructions for sending
payment. Paperwork will be emailed and MSO (if applicable) will be sent via
mail to the address you provide.

We appreciate everyone’s understanding, flexibility, and cooperation to help ensure the
safety of our work force.
