Repair Procedure
1. Using Techstream, active-test the hybrid battery cooling fan.
Refer to TIS, applicable model and model year Repair Manual:

Hybrid Control System (for AWD): Data List / Active Test”
Is the hybrid battery cooling fan the source of the flutter/rattle noise?
YES — Continue to step 2.
NO — This bulletin does NOT apply. Continue diagnosis using the applicable
Repair Manual.
2. Replace the HV battery intake duct with the NEW part.
Refer to TIS, applicable model and model year Repair Manual:

Battery Blower: Removal / Installation”
3. Confirm the flutter/rattle noise is no longer present.
