NEW THIS WEEK
EMS Today Show - Tampa, FL
This year's EMS Today show is Wednesday, March 4 through Friday, March 6
in Tampa, FL. I will be out of the office starting on Monday, March 2 through
Friday, March 6 setting up and attending this show. Because of the show, there
will be no weekly bulletin next week.
FDIC Show - Indianapolis, IN
This year's FDIC show is Thursday, April 23 through Saturday, April 25 in
Indianapolis, IN. If you are planning to attend and need a badge, please notify
me no later than Friday, April 10, so we can be sure to have you registered for
the show.
Daylight Saving Time
Daylight saving time starts on next Sunday, March 8.

PREVIOUS WEEKS
COVID-19 Coronavirus Outbreak
We have been actively assessing the impact COVID-19 Coronavirus may have
on acquiring some of the components our vendors receive from China or
across Asia. Through discussion with one of our vendors, we have identified
that our USB ports use a component that is manufactured in China and the
vendor is having a difficult time finding a replacement component. We have a
limited number of USB ports on hand and unsure if/when our current vendor will
be able to supply more stock. We are in the process of identifying
temporary replacement parts through alternate vendors that may be used
should our vendor no longer be able to supply these components. We expect
there will be other components identified as we go through parts analysis
process. We will quickly address each potential parts issue as they occur so as
to minimize or completely circumvent any delay in ambulance delivery.
Reduced Price on Demo Units
Please see below for updated reduced price on some of our demo units.
Freightliner First Openings Update
Freightliner has informed us there is a strong possibility that the first opening
may move out 30+ days due to plant scheduling adjustments. By the end of this
week, first openings could be in late May.
OEM Chassis 2020 MY Balance Out and 2021 MY Job #1 Update

2019 Ford F-Series Stock Chassis Inventory Update
We are almost out of 2019 Ford F550 in-stock chassis. The remaining few
chassis will not last long. Please consider getting your order in soon if you plan
to use one of the remaining in-stock 2019 Ford F550 chassis.
OTHER INFORMATION
Lead Time Update
Current production schedule: the next available production slot has a
completion date during the week of 10/19/20. Our current lead time is 210 to
235 days.
Transactional Pipeline Report
Change in request - Please submit your Transactional Pipeline Report to both
Amy Durst ([email protected]) and myself by close of
business each Wednesday; however, only if there have been changes made to
the form since the last time you submitted it. For example if the there have
been changes to the decision date or if you won/lost the business.
