1. BW - Tiguan 2018 – 2020
B10001B: Driver airbag igniter Resistance too high test N95_X_1_0312_11_00011 ends abruptly
without performing any system diagnosis. Test routine is inconclusive.
2. 1K - Jetta 2005 – 2010
Test SYS23_5N_CBAB_1_0607_66_DPF_Anpassen_00066 to adapt the ash mass and soot load of
a new Diesel Particle Filter (DPF) to the engine control module issues error message: Malfunction
after CHANGE. Feedback Adaptation Status is not ANP_WERT_BESTAETIGEN.
3. 16 - Jetta 2011 – 2018, CVCA 2.0 l TDI SCR / 110 kW
P045A00: Exhaust Gas Recirculation "B" Control Circuit
GX6_X_1_0212_11_TDI01_X_AGR_Ventil2_00011 ends with error message ODS5003E: A fatal
internal test program error has occurred.
4. CA/CM Atlas 2018 – 2020
B116854: Steering angle sensor No basic setting
J500_X_1_0512_11_Grundeinstellung_G85_00011 0044 Power Steering basic setting malfunction.

5. AU - Golf 2013 – 2020
C11F407: dynamic cornering light adjusting motor mechanical malfunction test plan
V319_X_1_0616_11_Stellmotor_dyn_Kurvenlich_00011 is inconclusive.


Test ends but does not say if the control motor for the left dynamic cornering light -V319
should be replaced or what the next step should be.

6. A3 - Passat/New Midsize Sedan 2011 – 2020, DDSA 2.0l Motronic / 130 kW
B10A115: Fresh air blower diagnosis lead, front open circuit/short circuit to B+
J126_A3_87____1_1210_11_Diagnose_00011 checks fuses SC40.


SC49 is the correct fuse for the fresh air blower control module -J126- and SC40 is not used.

7. BW - Tiguan 2018 – 2020
P044200: EVAP Emission Contr.Sys.(Small Leak) Leak Detected and P045700: Evaporative Emission
System Leak Detected (fuel cap loose/off) SYS_X_1_0816_11_X_X_TDK_FSB_00000 basic setting
malfunction.
8. 7L - Touareg 2003 – 2010, CATA 3.0 L TDI-CR 165kW
P0401: Exhaust gas recirc.flow insufficient detected N18__3D_26CARA_1_0407_11_00011 test
found an open circuit between test box socket T60/51 and Adapter terminal 3.


The correct circuits for the EGR N18 valve on vehicle is T60aa/53 and T6aw/3.

9. 7L - Touareg 2003 – 2010, CATA 3.0 L TDI-CR 165kW
P240F: Exhaust Gas Recirculation Slow Response is active in the ECM but does not have a test
created for Current Test Plans.
10. A3 - Passat/New Midsize Sedan 2011 – 2020, DDSA 2.0l Motronic / 130 kW
C107E54: Headlight No basic setting is active in -0055- automatic vertical headlight control module
but does not have a test created in Test Plans.


0055- Automatic vertical headlight control module variant not properly identified during
vehicle systems test.



Guided Functions (GFs) for 0055- automatic vertical headlight control module greyed out
and could not be selected.

P009000: Fuel pressure regulator "A" control circuit/open
N276_X_1_0816_11_X_X_OBD1_XX_FSB_OBD1_N276_00011 malfunction.


Vehicle is equipped with Bosch High Pressure Pump with Fuel Metering Valve -N290- and not
with Fuel Pressure Regulator Valve -N276-.

12. AJ - Jetta SportWagen 2010 – 2015, CRUA 4 cyl 2.0L TDI.
P029900: Turbo/Super Charger Underboost
SYS_X_J623_1_0911_11_20TDI01_Aufladung_00011 test states to "Disconnect the vacuum hose at
the turbocharger pressure cell".


The correct component is the turbocharger pressure socket."
