1. 5C - Beetle 2012 – 2018, CPRA 1.8l Simos / 125 kW
P164B00: oil pressure switch malfunction
SYS_X_1_0715_11_X_X_SMG_OT_FSB_Schmierung_00000 test disconnects ECM and check the
wiring connection between the ECM -J623- and the component: Oil Pressure Switch -F1-.


The wiring connection is between the Oil Pressure Switch -F1- and the instrument cluster and
not the ECM.

2. BU - Jetta 2018 – 2020
P142900: Brake vacuum pump activation Open circuit
V192_X_1_0916_11_X_X_OBD1_XX_FSB_OBD1_V192_00011 test step checks supply voltage to V192- Brake Vacuum Pump with the ignition ON.


Brake System Vacuum Pump -V192 supply Voltage is only measured with the engine running.
No voltage is measured with the ignition ON.

replacement test coding function fails due to control module communication error.

No test created in current Test Plan for 00A5 - Front sensor for driver assistant DTC U110300:
Production mode active.
5. CA/CM Atlas 2018 – 2020
C110300: Adaptive cruise control sensor misadjusted test
J428_X_1_0312_11_Justage_Abstandsregelung_00011 setup information states that tool required is
ACC reflector mirror, VAS 6430/3 which is not the correct tool.


The variant identification did not work. The wrong variant was recognized and therefore the
wrong board was proposed.

6. BU - Jetta 2018 – 2020
P001400: B Camshaft Position (Bank1) Timing over-advanced or System Performance
SYS15_X_1_1016_11_X_X_STB_OT_FSB_00000 is inconclusive.


Test states an OK test has been performed but malfunction has not yet been eliminated.
Entries are present in the event memory for the inlet and outlet camshaft adjustment.

7. AU - Golf 2013 – 2020
Airbag replacement test J234_X_1_0412_11_Steuergeraet_ersetzen_00011 states to "Switch the
ignition on. Connect battery".


Test does not continue unless ignition is cycled OFF/ON.

P05A000: Active Grille Air Shutter "A" Stuck On
V544_X_1_0614_BEV_X_Stellmotor_fuer_Kuehlerjalousie_00000 test boxes called out for the test
plan do not fit vehicle ECM.


The correct test boxes are VAS6606 and cable adapters VAS6606/7-1 & VAS6606/7-2.

9. AU - Golf 2013 – 2020
B10F804: Left Front Center Parking Aid Sensor Faulty
G254_X_1_0619_11_alle_MXB_Fahrzeugtypen_00000 calls out an incorrect Front Bumper
Coupling Point 1 - TSFV1 for the Left Front Center Parking Aid Sensor - G254.


TML Coupling Point in Engine/Motor Compartment, Left is the correct coupling point.

10. CA/CM Atlas 2018 – 2020
A/C cooling performance test J255_X_1_0912_11_Kaelteleistung_pruefen_00011 replaces the
Footwell temp sensor when the temperature sensor is operating correctly and is in good working
condition.


The compressor regulating valve N280 was faulty causing the A/C system pressure not to
change and the footwell vent temperature to remain at a constant temp of 14c.

11. 7P - Touareg 2010 – 2017, CATA 3.0 L TDI-CR 165kW
P026900: Cylinder 3 Contribution/Balance
NXX_7P_23_CAXX_1_0810_11_Einspritzventile_pruefen_00011 the event memory could not erased
and test states "The entry could not be reset. Contact the Technical Service Center or importer".

the reference voltage (pin 1) at plug -T16c. The wiring diagram and connector view call out
connector T16i.
14. AU - Golf 2013 – 2020
P268100: engine coolant bypass valve control circuit/open
N82_X_1_0816_11_X_X_OBD1_XX_FSB_OBD1_N82_00011 states to check N493 - Engine
Temperature Control Actuator a 5 pin connector T5bs with a Test Adapter cable 2 Pin VAS5256.


The correct adapter is the VAS 5578.
