BMW AG has requested the inspection of the following part numbers:
11 00 2 296 771 / 11 00 2 296 774 / 11 00 2 296 776
Stock should not be sold or installed on any vehicle until inspection is
completed.
Concerned are all parts delivered and shipped so far.
Please return all affected part(s) to your facing Regional Distribution Center (RDC).
Submit for return using a YR26 damage claim with order reason BM2. A valid BMW
delivery and delivery item number must be entered, and TEC212 must appear in the
text of your TEC claim.
TEC212 is valid from January 21, 2020, through February 04, 2020. The
deadline for filing a claim under TEC212 is February 04. All parts must be
returned to your facing RDC no later than February 18, 2019.
Please reorder the same part number if needed.
