THE WIFI EXTENDER ROUTER CABLE IS PLUGGED INTO THE INCORRECT PORT ON THE ROUTER THAT IS INSTALLED ON THE WALL. THE CABLE IS CURRENTLY IN THE POE PORT AND SHOULD BE CONNECTED TO THE ETHERNET PORT. AFFECTS 2018 SERENITY S24CB & 2018 WONDER (ALL MODELS)

Our in-house inspections have confirmed the Wi-Fi extender router cable
is plugged into the incorrect port. The cable is currently connected to the
Ethernet port and should be connected to the POE port.

To correct this situation, please follow the SOP included.

Find the Wi-Fi router for the W24MB under TV flip up cabinet. Find the WI-Fi for the W24FTB in the drivers side overhead cabinet

cabinet to disengage
from the wall.
Unclip the backing
of the router from
the sidewall
Find the Wi-Fi router for the S24CB In the passenger side rear
overhead cabinet.
