Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems LLC (“Bendix”) warrants to the original retail purchaser that Bendix®
Remanufactured Steering Gears will be free from issues with materials and workmanship for the warranty periods
shown below, whichever occurs first.

The limited warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by abuse, misuse, accident, neglect, normal wear and
tear, or by improper installation, maintenance, alteration, or service.
Product:
Product claimed to be defective must be returned – freight prepaid, via the Original Equipment (OE) dealership, or
authorized Bendix distributor – within thirty (30) days after the date any defect is first discovered. Unauthorized repairs
will void this limited warranty.
Bendix’ responsibility is limited, at Bendix’ sole option, to repair or replace the product with a remanufactured exchange
unit. The replacement unit will be warranted for the remaining time period, mileage, or hours of the original warranty.
Labor:
Bendix will inspect the product and make the final determination as to whether the labor is covered under the terms of this
limited warranty at its current labor rate applied to the standard hours allowed in the Removal and Replacement Schedule
(BW1322) when the defective product has been installed.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF AND EXCLUDES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED,
ARISING BY OPERATION OF LAW OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY
OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND IN NO EVENT WILL BENDIX COMMERCIAL VEHICLE SYSTEMS LLC
BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PROGRESSIVE, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES INCLUDING,
BUT NOT LIMITED TO, COSTS INCURRED FOR SERVICE CALLS, TOWING, OR DOWNTIME.

Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems LLC (« Bendix ») garantit à l’acheteur d’origine que les boîtiers de direction
réusinés Bendix® seront exempts de défaut de matériaux et de fabrication pour les périodes de garantie suivantes,
la première occurrence ayant préséance.

La garantie limitée ne couvre pas les défauts ou dommages causés par une utilisation abusive ou malveillante, un
accident, la négligence, l’usure normale ou l’installation, l’entretien, l’altération ou la réparation inadéquate du produit.
Produit :
Le produit dit défectueux doit être retourné franco de port par le concessionnaire de l’équipement d’origine (EO) ou
par le distributeur agréé de Bendix dans un délai de trente (30) jours à compter de la découverte du défaut. Les
réparations non autorisées annuleront cette garantie limitée.
Bendix ne devra, à sa seule discrétion, que réparer le produit défectueux ou le remplacer par une pièce de rechange
réusinée. La période de garantie de la pièce de rechange équivaudra à la durée restante de la garantie d’origine
(période, kilométrage, ou heures).
Main-d’œuvre :
Bendix vérifiera le produit et déterminera à son entière discrétion si les conditions de la présente garantie couvrent
les frais de main-d’œuvre engagés au taux appliqué aux heures standard selon le barème des retraits et substitutions
(BW1322) en vigueur au moment de l’installation du produit défectueux.
CETTE GARANTIE LIMITÉE ANNULE ET REMPLACE TOUTES LES AUTRES GARANTIES, FORMELLES OU
IMPLICITES, PAR EFFET DE LOI OU AUTREMENT, Y COMPRIS TOUTE GARANTIE IMPLICITE DE QUALITÉ
MARCHANDE OU D’ADAPTATION À UN USAGE PARTICULIER. BENDIX NE SERA EN AUCUN CAS TENUE
RESPONSABLE DE DOMMAGES INDIRECTS, SPÉCIAUX, PROGRESSIFS, CONSÉCUTIFS OU ACCESSOIRES,
Y COMPRIS, MAIS SANS S’Y LIMITER, LES COÛTS FACTURÉS SUITE À UNE VISITE DE RÉPARATEUR, UN
REMORQUAGE OU UNE INTERRUPTION DE SERVICE.

Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems LLC (“Bendix”) garantiza al comprador minorista original que los engranajes
de dirección reconstruídos Bendix® no tendrán problemas con los materiales y la mano de obra durante los períodos
de garantía que se muestran a continuación, el que ocurra primero.

La garantía limitada no cubre defectos o daños causados por abuso, uso indebido, accidente, negligencia o desgaste
natural, ni por instalación, mantenimiento, alteración o servicio inadecuado.
Producto:
El producto declarado como defectuoso debe devolverse, con el flete pagado por adelantado, a través del concesionario
de equipo original (Original Equipment, OE) o el distribuidor autorizado de Bendix, dentro de los treinta (30) días posteriores
a la fecha en que se descubrió cualquier defecto. Las reparaciones no autorizadas invalidarán esta garantía limitada.
La responsabilidad de Bendix se limita, a su entera discreción, a reparar o reemplazar el producto con una unidad de
reemplazo remanufacturada. La pieza de repuesto tendrá garantía por el resto del período, kilometraje u horas de la
garantía original.
Mano de obra:
Bendix inspeccionará el producto y tomará la decisión final acerca de si los términos de esta garantía limitada cubren la
mano obra con su tarifa de mano de obra actual aplicada a las horas estándar permitidas en el Programa de extracción
y reemplazo (BW1322) cuando el producto defectuoso haya sido instalado.
ESTA GARANTÍA LIMITADA SUSTITUYE Y EXCLUYE TODAS LAS DEMÁS GARANTÍAS, EXPRESAS O IMPLÍCITAS,
DERIVADAS DEL CUMPLIMIENTO DE LEY U OTRO MOTIVO, INCLUÍDA CUALQUIER GARANTÍA IMPLÍCITA
DE COMERCIABILIDAD O IDONEIDAD PARA UN PROPÓSITO PARTICULAR; EN NINGÚN CASO SERÁ BENDIX
COMMERCIAL VEHICLE SYSTEMS LLC RESPONSABLE DE DAÑOS INDIRECTOS, ESPECIALES, PROGRESIVOS,
INCIDENTALES O CONSECUENTES, INCLUYENDO, ENTRE OTROS, LOS COSTOS INCURRIDOS POR LLAMADAS DE
SERVICIO, REMOLQUE DE VEHÍCULOS O EL TIEMPO DE INACTIVIDAD DE LOS MISMOS.
