Service Procedure:
1. Locate the rear sunroof glass. (A)

2. Using a cutter knife, cut the center section of
the rear sunroof glass molding (B).

CAUTION
Use care when cutting to avoid hand injury.

3. Cut off the remaining sections of the rear
sunroof glass molding.

CAUTION
Use care when cutting to avoid hand injury.

4. Attach masking tape (C) to the rear sunroof
glass panel.

5. Using a sealant cutter, cut the sealant. (D)

Prevent any damage to the vehicle body.

6. Once the sealant sections of the rear sunroof
glass are cut, remove the glass using the
glass holder.

7. Remove any remaining sealant from the
vehicle body using a sealant remover.

8. Using a brush, apply primer (E) to the panel
sealant application area. (F)

NOTICE
Clean the panel sealant application area
before primer application.
Apply primer in one direction.

Remove the masking tape after applying
the primer.

CAUTION
Do not contaminate the primer application
area.

9. Apply primer to the sealant application surface
(G) of the supplied rear sunroof glass.

10. Apply sealant onto the center area of the rear
sunroof glass assembly primer application
surface (H).

NOTICE
Clean the panel sealant application area
before primer application.
Apply sealant in one direction.

11. Align pivot pins (I) into the roof panel hole and
install the rear sunroof glass using the glass
holder.

12. Inspect for any gaps between the rear sunroof
glass and roof panel areas.

NOTICE
If a gap is found, adjust the glass to remove
the gap.

13. Inspect the glass guide for any damage.

14. Attach masking tape to the rear sunroof glass
as displayed in the reference picture.

15. Leave rear sunroof to cure per sealant
specifications.
16. Remove tape from rear sunroof and wipe off
any residual adhesive.

17. Inspect for any gaps between the rear sunroof
glass and roof panel areas.

18. Service procedure is now complete.
