Introduction
Some model 520 right hand stand up vehicles built before 07/16/19 are experiencing washer fluid leakage from the windshield reservoir through
the vent line.
Resolution
Fix-as-Fail
The current vent line in model 520 right hand stand-up vehicles may be too short and allow fluid to leak from the hose connection to reservoir. To
correct this issue, replace the current hose as documented in the procedure section.
Warranty
0.5 hours to remove and replace the current hose.

Procedure
NOTE
To prevent kinks in the hose, do not over-tighten the zip ties when securing the line hose.
1.
Remove the current vent line hose.
2.
Replace with 150" long 3/16" ID EPDM vent line.
3.
Route the new vent line hose by following the bottle fill hose routing.
