We need to get information of the following in email please:

1. Inverter serial number - located in the passenger ottoman seat. There are 2 vents on the face frame (one by the

aisle and the second is behind the wall). You need to access the one behind that is facing the power sofa and pry out

the inner circle vent. Use a flash light and you can see the serial number on the bottom part of the inverter.

3. Enumerate and run the inverter with different modes of power. Examples below:

a. Microwave running on shore power. Light stayed on green at inverter control panel and microwave worked

b. Microwave running on battery power. Light stayed on orange at inverter control panel and microwave worked

c. Microwave running on generator power. Light stayed on green and when tried using microwave, it went to orange

and stayed in orange. If there is an error code, please mention it.Type answer here: YES (inverter status light stayed

d. Inverter controller went to E03 code without using anything. ONLY if there is an error code showing. Type answer

Yesterday we isolated the generator, ran it on an outside load bank and loaded it to 18A for 20 min. It ran and held a

load normally. It is producing 119V @ 60hz under full load. We then reconnected the generator and found that the

inverter will not pass thru voltage from the gen unless there is a large load on the generator. We are not sure if this is

normal operation for this inverter or not.

Please see my email below in yellow to La Mesa RV on Aug 30, 2019 regarding the 3.0 hours authorization for the

inverter removal and replacement.

Xantrex will send you a warranty inverter. They may need the old inverter back so just use the box of the new

inverter to send the old one back. You’ll also need a shipping return label which Xantrex will provide.

The time approved to R/R the inverter is 2.0 hours + 1.0 diag with a total of 3.0 hours approved for the work. Once

the new inverter is installed run microwave-inverter on 3 modes (shore,generator, and house battery) to test if okay.
