Insert bol t (BOLT-SPL) through the eyel et in the Cabl e-Tether strap and then insert
the bol t through the hol e shown in Figure 52 and Figure 53.


Confir m that there are no twists in the Cabl e-Tether strap; re move as necessary.



Insert bol t (BOLT-SPL) so that the threads face the middl e of the vehicl e (see
Figure 54 and Figure 55).



The nut and bol t shoul d onl y be tight enough to re move any gaps.

Thread on the second nut (NUT-SPL)
