IMPORTANT:
Before performing the repairs specified in the service campaign, the SD-Creator program must be installed. SDCreator installation instructions are contained in the bulletin
“BI.09.17_[ENG]_SD-Creator installation package procedures”.

Depending on the option performed, the reimbursement
will be structured in the following manner:

Disassembling the rear shock absorbers
For the removal of the two rear shock absorbers
(LHS and RHS), perform the following procedures in
the Lamborghini workshop manual:

Idler roller replacement

Torque wrench for idler roller reinstallation.
Code 61253001395.
1. Remove the two screws.
Tighten the screws.
Tightening torque: 10 Nm (7.38 lbf ft).

Wrench for releasing tension from the belt tensioner.
Code 61895067.

2. Remove the lower screw.
Tighten the screws.
Tightening torque: 8 Nm (5.9 lbf ft).

3. Remove the upper screw.
Tighten the screws.
Tightening torque: 20 Nm (14.75 lbf ft).

5. Position the telescopic prop (code 64153000112) as
shown in the photo. Screw it down so as to allow the
rear sub-frame to be freed.

6. Unscrew the 8 rear sub-frame fastening screws (4 left
and 4 right).
Tighten the screws.
Tightening torque: 25 Nm (18.44 lbf ft).
7. With the assistance of tool 61895067, release the pressure in the belt tensioner and free the auxiliary belt
from the idler roller concerned.

4. Move the power steering fluid reservoir and bracket
out of the way.

8. Fasten the size 6 insert (supplied with the kit code
61253001395) to the retaining screw of the idler roller in question, and unscrew it using a flat-head ratchet.

9. Free the idler roller and replace it with the new one
supplied.
Apply medium-strength threadlocker.
Tighten the screw.
Tightening torque: 28 Nm (20.65 lbf ft).

WARNING
Do not unscrew the screw completely in order to prevent the insert from becoming trapped. Once the
screw is free to move, complete the operation manually.

N.B.
Use the wrench supplied (code 61253001395) to
tighten the screw of the idler roller to the correct
torque.
The wrench is preset to 28 Nm.

order.
