Cause:
The front edge of the roller sunblind cover (XPPI position Parts Group 78 / Subgroup 150 / Position 130) may press
onto the roller sunblind and counteracts the roller sunblind spring torque
Remedy:
A) Front roller sunblind rolls up with a delay while opening (with closed sliding roof glass) and the roller blind is not damaged. Replace the following parts:
- Cover for front roller sunblind (XPPI Parts Group 78 / Subgroup 150 / Position 130 (picture 4)
- Front roller sunblind (XPPI Parts Group 78 / Subgroup 150 / Position 200)
B) Front roller sunblind does not roll up, is tangled up and/or damaged, please replace following parts:
- Cover for front roller sunblind (XPPI Parts Group 78 / Subgroup 150 / Position 130, (Picture 4)
- Front roller sunblind (XPPI Parts Group 78/ Subgroup 150 / Position 200)
- Guide rail at left/right (XPPI Parts Group 78 / Subgroup 150 / Position 170)
Check drive unit of roller sunblind (XPPI Parts Group 78 / Subgroup 150 / Position 230) and replace, if necessary: The
roller sunblind's drive unit must undergo a visual inspection (after cleaning). If the drive pinion exhibits any minor traces of abrasion, then the drive unit and the cables (XPPI Parts Group 78 / Subgroup 150 / Position 190) must also be
replaced.
